Elberta Peach bears firm, yellow-fleshed freestone fruit that is ideal for canning and is equally tasty fresh. The plump, rose-blushed fruits have fabulous aroma and honey-sweet flesh that is absolutely bursting with flavor. The fruit ripens on the tree in mid to late September. Elberta is a self-pollinating variety. Hardy to USDA Zones 5 to 8.
